Brian Hastings first let us know of Duane Taggart's passing. Laury Holden has found more information on him. Duane passed on March 15, 1995. His last residence was in Maricopa, Arizona. We have no obituary for him.
I remember Duane. He was a funny guy. I wonder if he used his humor to cover up some sadness? I know Kids can be cruel and a lot of us were in high school. I hope all of us now as parents teach our kids not to bully or be mean in any way to others!
