After Mac he lived in Austin, working for ATT / Southwest Bell. Mike met and married Michelle his wife of 30 years. He did a real early retirement and moved to San Francisco to work with one of his sisters in the restuarant business for about 3 years then moved to Portland, Oregon and and got his Realtor license. Mike took to this and did very well. Mike's personality was perfect for this. He was more of a counselor than a salesman.
MIKE had a fall at home the day before Thanksgiving, he didn't relize that he started a brain hemorrhage and never even mentioned it to his wife. She awoke that night a sensed somthing was not right, and called for an ambulance. He was examined and put on life support and they did what they could for him. It was determined that he had lost upper level brain function and nerve damage to the lower portion. Mike and Michelle both had living wills that they elected to not be kept on lifrle support with no hope of recovery.
