I have had a hell of a time getting this picture to work.

If you right click on the picture and open it in a new Tab or a new window, you may get a smaller picture in the upper left hand corner. It really is a BIG FILE so give it just a couple of moments to load up.  Just click on that picture & you should be able to zoom in and out the picture to get a close up.  Don't ask me why, it just works that way!
